We are Tera Seema (Kia) and Erica.
Our story begins with a profound friendship and the common love for Kundalini yoga.
We were raised in Italy but we were both blessed with curiosity to explore the beauty of the world.
Kia travelled all over Asia and then settled in magical Ibiza, Erica lived in Bali and New York City and now she is back in Italy.
We have been practicing and teaching Kundalini yoga and meditation for many years when we decided that we wanted to share with other people our way of living and being.
We believe that LOVE is all there is, the source-force of all forces that is at the roots of all things in life.
To shift into that paradigma it is essential to deepen the practice, to connect with each other, to remember that we are one tribe, one love and recognize the same light within each one of us.
This is how our project to organize yoga retreats was born. It was born from the love of this friendship, from the desire to connect with other people and together shift into a higher vibration, the vibration of love.
